The Kelly Gibson Foundation (“KGF,” “Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our organization. Junior Golfers and Children's Information

KGF administers junior golf programs involving participants under the age of 18. We may collect information about minors when reasonably necessary to register participants, administer tournaments, evaluate scholarship applications, communicate with families, or operate Foundation programs.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in registration and application processes involving minors. By registering for a minor and that minor participating in any KGF related event and/or program, the parent/guardian are authorizing KGF to use the personal information of the minor, including any photograph or other identifying information, of such minor.

KGF routinely publishes junior golf tournament results and may share participant names, photographs, videos, accomplishments, and scholarship recognition through our website, social media, event materials, and other Foundation communications.

Parents or guardians with questions or concerns regarding their child's personal information or the use of a particular photograph or other identifying information may contact KGF using the information below.

Scholarships

KGF administers scholarship programs that may require applicants to provide personal, educational, financial, family, or military service-related information.

We use this information to determine eligibility, evaluate applications, select recipients, administer awards, and maintain appropriate program records.

Nonpublic scholarship application information is intended to be accessible only to individuals involved in administering or evaluating the applicable scholarship program. KGF does not provide scholarship application information to sponsors or other organizations for their independent marketing purposes.

Scholarship recipients may be publicly recognized by name and may have their educational institution, award information, photograph, and accomplishments shared in Foundation communications.

By registering for a minor and that minor participating in any KGF related event and/or program, the parent/guardian authorizes KGF to share information when reasonably necessary with service providers, scholarship reviewers, educational institutions, event administrators, or other authorized parties assisting KGF with legitimate program or organizational functions.

KGF is also authorized to disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of KGF or others.

Tournament results, scholarship awards, photographs, participant achievements, donor or sponsor recognition, and other appropriate program-related information may be publicly shared in connection with Foundation activities.

Email Communications

KGF uses Constant Contact to distribute newsletters, event information, fundraising communications, and other updates.

Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those communications. Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not prevent KGF from sending necessary administrative messages related to an event registration, donation, scholarship application, or other transaction.
