About
At the end of each summer, our sponsors, community partners, and Kelly Gibson Foundation scholarship recipients and their parents are invited to our Annual Scholarship Banquet. Created in 2009, this annual event is a way to honor our Kelly Gibson Junior Golf Tour players and Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust Mentors and all of their accomplishments both on and off the golf course. In the past, this event included an attendance of around 300 people where all trophies and medals were awarded to the top finishers. A different approach was taken in 2020 to minimize crowd size and highlight KGF scholarship recipients at the banquet exclusively. We now present all 1st place trophies and 2nd and 3rd place medals to the top finishers, take photos and recognize them on social media at the conclusion of each tournament.
Kelly Gibson Foundation Scholarship
The Kelly Gibson Foundation, along with its community partners, awarded $66,000 in college scholarships to twenty-nine (29) deserving recipients on August 1st, 2023. Click here to view the 2023 Kelly Gibson Foundation scholarship recipients.
